1. Think of what you have been through. Make sure you won't make the same mistake to another, as someone already did to you. You are not perfect or their fairy godmother; try your best to be the true friend everyone should be.
2. Don't pressure them into doing things that are potentially to the person. Everyone feels pressured at some point, but make sure that you're not the one persuading a friend into doing bad things. Have each other's back.
3. Stick with them no matter what the situation. When they are down, cheer them up. If they are having problems at home, stay with them or invite them to stay at your house. Listen when they have problems and show them that you'll stay with them through it all.
4. Be yourself. Don't pretend to be someone you are not. Don't act like you're the top dog of an important friendship. Treat each other equally.
5. Understand when a friendship just doesn't work out. No one likes to see a friendship go down the drain, but sometimes feelings get hurt beyond repair. Do what you can to make things easy, but realise that not every relationship lasts forever.
6. Listen. It's important to know that if you need to vent, someone's willing to listen to what you have to say.
7. Help one another to be the best that each can be. Encourage a friend to do the right thing. Give them the best possible advice.
8. Learn from one another's mistakes. Mistakes help us to improve ourselves, and they give us the wisdom we need. Teach a friend from your own experiences and learn from his/hers. Nobody needs to make all the wrong choices themselves in order to learn.

i think the most important aspect is the need of space in friendship.
It's vry important 2 maintain individuality in friendship. Gv he/ she the much-needed space n enough tm 2 hang out with others. Do not be interfering all the time in the affairs, which he/she might doesn’t want your involvement in it.

I oso want 2 share some tips here... since everyone oso gt contribute saome ideas in here:-
ReplyDelete1)Don't be afraid of going up to people and talking to them.
2)Don't be afraid of acknowledging anyone. Be friendly, and get certain questions down,such like ask how their day is going. How they are doing nw..
3)Remember parts of previous conversations so you have something to ask them the next time you see them.
4)Don't be afraid to ask if they would like to go @ do something after class or work or over even in the weekend. Example,go hang out at starbucks @ Go see a movie during the day when it is cheap
*There r oso plenty of ways of meeting people: in a working enviornment, school sports, school clubs. Most importantly, Smile and laugh. People feel comfortable around those who are open-minded. So, remember oh...^_^ hehe...
